Purpose

The site shows properties for sale or rent offered by Akwaba Immobilier and lets you ask for a visit, a service or information. Using it means accepting these terms.

Listings and land titles

Listing information is given for guidance. The land title level shown is the one recorded by Akwaba Immobilier on the date given; the « Akwaba verified title » badge means an agent checked the ACD on that date. It does not replace the notary's checks before a sale.

Prices in currencies other than FCFA are indicative conversions at the rate shown.

Client account

The account opens with a link sent to your e-mail address. It gives access to your favourites, searches, requests, quotes and files. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from « My space » (deletion waits until an open file is closed).

Services and quotes

A quote sent by an agent states the price and conditions of the service. The service starts after your written agreement [to be completed] (how quotes are accepted and paid).

Artificial intelligence

The site's assistant answers automatically from public listings; its answers may contain mistakes and are not a commitment. Decoration images are AI-generated and not contractual.

Forbidden use

Sending automated or misleading requests, trying to reach reserved areas or copying listings in bulk is forbidden.
