Data collected and why

Contact, visit and service requests: name, e-mail, phone (optional), message, property concerned, preferred date — to answer you, arrange the visit or prepare a quote.

Client account: e-mail, name, favourites, saved searches and e-mail alerts (only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time), decorations, purchase or rental files (steps, documents, messages with your agent).

Security: IP address and browser when you sign in or send a form, to protect the site against abuse.

How long requests and closed files are kept: [to be completed]. When the account is deleted, favourites, searches, profile, decorations and closed files are erased; past requests are kept by the agency in anonymous form.

Outside services

Map: tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap's servers, which receive your IP address.

Virtual tours: YouTube videos (youtube-nocookie.com address, no tracking cookie before playback) and Matterport 3D tours, loaded only on listings that have them.

Assistant: your messages are sent to Anthropic (United States) to produce the answer; the site keeps no conversation.

E-mails: sent through the mail server of [to be completed] (provider).

Cookies

The site uses no advertising or audience-measurement cookie. It only uses cookies it needs to work:

lang — chosen language (1 year); cur — display currency (1 year); cmp — properties to compare (30 days); deco — decoration trial already used (1 year); better-auth.session_token — your sign-in (7 days after your last visit); better-auth.two_factor — agents' two-factor step (10 minutes).

The site may also keep public pages you have already seen on your device, to show them offline; never the pages of your space.
